A nurse health educator with over 50 years of experience in helping people understand their bodies and how to optimize their function. As an MPH, RN, my mission is to promote plant-based methods for reversing diabetes and minimizing the use of pharmaceuticals. I strive to empower patients to take control of their health by making informed decisions about their nutrition and lifestyle choices. By prioritizing whole foods and natural remedies, I aim to guide patients toward achieving optimal functional health and well-being. Through education and advocacy, I aspire to promote a paradigm shift towards holistic health care, where patients are encouraged to take a proactive role in their health and are supported in their journey toward healing and vitality.
