Katherine Lawrence is a nutritionist in Texas who founded Food Saved Me Institute. Katherine first learned about the power of whole food, plant based eating 18 years ago when she was diagnosed with severe reproductive disease and infertility. Instead of having a hysterectomy, she was able to reverse her condition with food. She eventually left her job in aerospace engineering and became a nutritionist. She has taught over 20,000 people free nutrition & cooking classes at her office in Texas and last year opened Food Saved Me Institute. FSM Institute is a non-profit which teaches others how to teach her nutrition programs, including complete turn-key solutions with class videos, handouts and marketing materials. FSMI has 62 instructors in 12 countries and is growing fast!
